Requirements for Confirmaion

community Service

The community service requirement must be fulfilled through opportunities provided by St. Bernard's. Our goal is to encourage continued participation by our candidates within the ministries of our parish.

retreat

A retreat will be scheduled for the fall (usually October), prior to Confirmation and runs approx. 6hrs.  The location will be announced in Sept. and will likely be held either at St. Bernard's or at St. Joseph's as we partner with them for this sacrament.

direct prep

Confirmation Prep classes will run for six weeks in the fall beginning in early September.  

Letter to the Bishop

Candidates will be provided with a template to assist them in writing their letter.  Due date will accompany the template.
